I had knee surgery, am on crutches and cannot drive. I need someone to help me get to work on a part time basis, grocery shopping and general errands. I did not want to constantly impose on family/friends and Just Ask & Consider it Done was the perfect solution.They have done well so far. They come on a weekly basis to get the work done. I wish their price would have been a little lower, but they do a good job and I have three floors to be cleaned. They come on time. We know at what time they would be coming to do the work, as they always call before coming. They are professional too.

They did a deep clean in a three level townhouse. They cleaned the following: baseboards, light fixtures, windows/blinds, sliding glass doors and tracks, 2 full baths and 1 1/2 bath, kitchen, mopped bathroom and kitchen floors, cleaned and changed linen in one bedroom ( they did not clean the master bedroom/bathroom per my instruction), cleaned two living rooms, vacuumed. Lisa, Owner, and three women showed up on time and started right away. The were friendly and professional. It took them three hours. I think they did a great job overall.

I have a ten room house and they did a one time general cleaning. They came with a crew of four and worked in a timely manner. They showed up on time and did a good overall cleaning. They did a fantastic job cleaning the floors. They were trustworthy and did the work while I was gone.

Called them to schedule a house top to bottom cleaning. I ended up leaving town, then getting it done myself with some friends. They prompt in all their correspondence. When I called and said I had to cancel the next day's appointment, they just left a number, and thanked me for the heads up, no grief, no fuss. The called back about two weeks later to see if their services were needed, and when I said no they thanked me for letting them know. I liked their pricing as well. I will undoubtedly use them in the future.

Thanks for all of your help! I have received many compliments on the whole wedding rehearsal dinner and some of those belong to you and the girls. Everyone loved the food and having Cincinnati fare. It was good to have the food taken care of and served and watched and not have to worry about it at all. The girls were so cute and so helpful and did a very nice job! I will certainly spread the good word about your wonderful services! And if son #2 gets married and I can't talk him into a destination wedding, I'll be sure to call Just Ask & Consider It Done!!!!

I have used Just Ask for about a year. My normal clean is just one floor every other week, but my request varies, and the company is always very accommodating. My most recent cleaning was three floors (which included five bedrooms). I was scheduled for a cleaning of just the main floor, but had been ill and unable to keep up, so I called and requested a thorough cleaning of the entire house. Lisa, Owner, and her staff were able to accommodate last minute, and all arrived and gave the house a cleaning--from loft area to basement. This cleaning included ceiling fans, blinds, kitchen cabinetry, and tops of hard-to-reach places. Their normal cleaning routine also includes replacing burned out bulbs and cleaning sliding doors and windowns on doors. Lisa and her crew are very efficient, professional, and work well together.

I could not be more pleased with the way the house looks. I do not think my house has looked this good since it was built. I told my husband "I do not want roses, dinner out, or anything else....I just want to see that my house is cleaned by Lisa and her crew, and I will be happy the rest of my life. Ok, maybe I was going a little too far about dinner out"! The crew did a magnificent job.

I sent an email mid week and Lisa, Owner, called me that evening. I needed the thorough cleaning on short notice, and requested a weekend crew on Saturday morning (for a Sunday afternoon family event at the home). Lisa assured me it was no problem. Lisa arrived at 9am Saturday morning, about 10 minutes before the crew of 4 women showed up. I walked her through the house and we discussed what work would be done. Then she took her crew through and gave them specific details. The workers were there for 3 hours, and did a fantastic job. All were friendly and personable, and no one slacked off on her work. I will definitely use them again!

My daughter was relocating to another state and had moved her furniture and belongings into a storage unit. She notified me it had to be moved immediately. All companies I called were unavailable or too costly for the short time I had to work within to move. Frank Chambers, Owner, responded quickly, professionally and arrived exactly at the time promised. His employees worked tirelessly and got the job done therefore avoiding additional cost, pain and loss to me. They saved me a great deal of heartache as many my daughters childhood memories were stored in that garage, as well as, new furniture she and I had just purchased before her relocating out of state. They not only moved the items but assisted in arranging/organizing my basement to accommodate the items. This was helpful due to my house being for sale and needing to "look" roomy. When my house sells, I will definitely call Just Ask and I know it will be done right!

They cleaned my 8000 sq. ft. home on an as-needed basis. Their prices were better than other services that I had used previously. I am very comfortable having them in my home. I've used other cleaning services and none of them get down and wipe base boards like Just Ask did. They also did my windows without even asking and didn't charge me extra for it.

Extensive decluttering, organizing and cleaning of first floor and basement of house. I have been sick for many years and unable to keep up with the house. I liked them well enough that I'm also having them come back for maintenance cleaning. Lisa and her crew are personable and meticulous. They actually made this huge overwhelming project seem like fun. They were fine with using non-toxic products.
